I spent the last month trying different things - AND torturing my starters - and I've discovered a few things. (Like, starters can't be killed - no matter how much you ignore them). I'm nearly ready to release my full experiment and the results, so tell your friends to subscribe and stay tuned. I did stuff that you'll never do, and yet I STILL made some GREAT bread (recipe included soon).
